These Sectional Contoured Metal Matrix Bands (Medium, Without Ledge) are manufactured from extra-thin 0.035 mm /0.050 mm pre-tempered stainless steel, designed to deliver precise anatomical adaptation and reliable proximal contact in  restorations.

The ultra-thin construction allows excellent flexibility and contouring in tight interproximal areas while maintaining stable spring tension for consistent clinical performance. The smooth surface finish supports easy placement and atraumatic removal.

This Medium-size, without-ledge design is ideal for conservative cavities where enhanced marginal adaptation and controlled contour are required.

CLEANING & STERILIZATION INSTRUCTIONS

Cleaning (Before Sterilization)

• Rinse under running water to remove visible debris
• Clean manually using a soft brush and neutral pH detergent
• Rinse thoroughly and dry completely

Sterilization

• Method: Steam sterilization (autoclave)
• Temperature: 121°C
• Cycle: 15–30 minutes (gravity displacement)
• Drying: Allow natural drying
• Do not exceed 121°C

 Higher temperatures may reduce elasticity and affect clinical performance, especially for contoured stainless steel bands.

Sterilization instructions are provided to support safe clinical preparation.
Clinical usage and replacement frequency remain the responsibility of the dental professional.
